We had a group of 7 people, with 4 of us being 10 or younger. They did not have large tables, so we were set at 2 different tables. This was ok since the tables were right next to each other and we could still see and talk with everyone. We ordered drinks and then 20 minutes later was able to order appetizers and dinner. 20 minutes later we got the appetizers. However, we never got any drink refills or silverware. Also, kids drinks do not come with the meals and cost an extra 3 dollars per child. Another 15 to 20 went by and we got our food. I asked the person delivering to bring us silverware and refill for our drinks. Out of 7 people, I was the only one to ever get a refill and yes we sat there for over 1 hour. Also, I was the only 1 to get silverware. We had to request more, when they brought back the 1 piece for me. So yes, with my held hanging low, we ate half of our food with our fingers because we were very hungry. However. The 10 year old could not eat his food, since they mixed up his order and the plate was so hot it left a blister. We never really saw our waitress except to order and get the check. The food did taste good. But the overall experience, I will never go back. My daughter said this is not how the service normally is. She lives in Twin Falls, I do not. So I will have to take her work for it. Our bill was well over 100 dollars, so for me, I regret the purchase and experience. Would...

So we came here because the other restaurant my aunt wanted to go to was closed. I was in town visiting and we both really wanted some authentic Mexican food. We were sat immediately, and greeted by our server Marisol within a minute. She was very polite, and seemed to be handling the 3 or 4 tables that were in the restaurant at about 1115 am. I got the Idaho nachos, and my aunt got the pick 3 option with 1 enchilada, rice and beans. The nachos were great, even the ones at the bottom remained pretty crispy, which isn't always easy to accomplish as they're covered in toppings. Great seasoning and a very good serving size. The complimentary chips were fresh, salsa was delicious and a tad spicy, bean dip was satisfactory. My aunt's enchilada and rice were both very well cooked and seasoned. This was my first visit here, and I like to visit Mexican places almost everywhere I go, I would definitely recommend stopping at this spot in old town twin falls if you're in the area. Marisol was very attentive and kind throughout our visit. Our bill was about 22$ and when filling out the tip line Marisol said "you don't have to leave anything, you can just put a smiley face if you were happy with the service" I tipped her 25% and she deserved even more....

SICK!! I've been living here for 17 years and have always loved their food and service always. Three days ago I ordered the Ceviche for pickup. I ordered three orders since the lady said it was rather small. I grabbed the food and took it home and my family dug in. It was more then we could eat the other two orders I had and I took those to my neighbor UNOPENED. The shrimp was an not opaque or cooked all the way from the juice I'm assuming. It was extremely rubbery/chewy and some of it was still purple and clear. I've only had small shrimp ceviche so I wasn't used to the large shrimp being in ceviche. The next day my neighbor texted me and themselves as well as us are all throwing up and exploding out of both ends. We have bloating, nausea, vomiting, and gas. It's been three days. I went to the Urgent care and I came back positive for H.Phylori Bacterum, which is caused by fecal matter getting into food or water. I didn't give my neighbors water or even open their containers I gave them were in a seperate bag from picking up our order. We ate it maybe 15 minutes after I picked up our orders. PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS!!! I've never gotten so sick. I still love your restaurant but you needed...

I absolutely loved this restaurant. Their Mexican food was super authentic tasting and was seasoned to perfection. I ordered one dish, and a side dish because it looked like a lot of food based on the menu description. We asked the waiter and he confirmed that we could share the dinner plate, so we ordered the chicken/steak meal(I don't remember the exact name) and a Chile relleno and we were stuffed and had a tiny bit leftover. Everything was so good, the Chile tasted fresh, cheesy and the sauce was just spicy enough. The dinner plate was huge, it came with rice and beans(of course) but it also had a side of mushrooms with cheese over them and the chicken and carne were cooked perfectly not dry or rubbery. It also came with a side of guacamole, grilled jalapeños, and grilled green cebollas. Of course we also got a side of chips and salsa while waiting for our food and the salsa was on point! I would highly recommend. We had very low expectations of getting good quality Mexican food in the middle of nowhere Idaho, but we were shocked and pleasantly glad to be wrong. GO HERE and be happy.

I can't express enough how disappointing this place is. Time and time again. My husband is a fan of this restaurant, I'm not. Every time I think they can't get any worse, I open my to go food. This picture you're looking at is a TOSTADA? I don't know about anyone else, but I've been eating tostadas for 50 plus years, and I can say with confidence......this is the worst tostada I've ever seen. Obviously I didn't eat it or anything else on that plate. But I have never ever had soggy tostadas. But this place is famous for screwing up my food. There is honestly nothing authentic about this place. As far as the food goes, save your money drive a little farther down the road to the taco truck. It will be worth it I promise. Don't waste your money here. Sorry but you asked...
